It happens every year. January rolls around, photo sessions slowly fade and winter starts to rear its cold, ugly head. I begin to have more time to work on the business of photography and realize once again that I have not kept up with this blog very well. I don't think it's a secret anymore that I am a TERRIBLE blogger. This is just me being honest and real. However, I do want to share some of the fun adventures I had and the amazing people I worked with in 2017 as they deserve a little shout out. So, I'm on a mission to update this blog over the next 2 months. Stay tuned to see how it goes! :)
Up first is Turner and Sarah's beautiful wedding at Highland Presbyterian Church in Winston-Salem, NC & reception at The Tanglewood Manor House in Clemmons, NC. Every little detail was just perfect and Sarah had a huge part in the beauty of the day, like creating the stunning bouquets! Turner and Sarah's adorable Labrador Retriever hung out with us that morning as Sarah and her girls got ready, and of course I wanted to take him home with me. Following their sweet ceremony, was their reception at The Manor House, topped off with a ribbon exit and vintage car. This couple made my day easy and enjoyable and were definitely a highlight from 2017.
